In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in thewilderness of Judaea,

Then was Jesus led up of the spirit into the wilderness to betempted of the devil.

And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: andwhen he was set, his disciples came unto him:

Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen ofthem: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is inheaven.

Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Matthew 8/1 |
When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudesfollowed him.
Matthew 9/1 |
And he entered into a ship, and passed over, and came into hisown city.
Matthew 10/1 |
And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gavethem power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and toheal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.

And it came to pass, when Jesus had made an end of commandinghis twelve disciples, he departed thence to teach and topreach in their cities.

At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn;and his disciples were an hungred, and began to pluck the earsof corn and to eat.

The same day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the seaside.

At that time Herod the tetrarch heard of the fame of Jesus,

Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were ofJerusalem, saying,

The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and temptingdesired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.

And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John hisbrother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,

At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who isthe greatest in the kingdom of heaven?

And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished thesesayings, he departed from Galilee, and came into the coasts ofJudaea beyond Jordan;
Matthew 20/1 |
For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is anhouseholder, which went out early in the morning to hirelabourers into his vineyard.

And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come toBethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus twodisciples,

And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables, andsaid,

Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,
Matthew 24/1 |
And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and hisdisciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of thetemple.

Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins,which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.

And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all thesesayings, he said unto his disciples,

When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders ofthe people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death:

In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward thefirst day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Maryto see the sepulchre.
